I want to share my experience of a blog which was for food and recipe and from there I got idea about cooking fish in different way. I am going to publish that experience directly here from that blog.

As per your requirement, buy fish. Suppose you are buying 1Kg.
Green Chilli
One Potato
Sarson spice
Garlic
Tomatoes

Now fry fish in mustard oil very carefully and slowly. After this fry potato also. Then fry Sarson spice in some oil. After this mix all the spice with fish and potato. Make sure about water how much you want gravies.

After cooking cut tomatoes with little piece and spread over the cooking fish. Now, try to eat, you will get a great delicious. Fish recipe is most famous in India in Kolkata and Kerla. However, all of the people like it."
